Self-creation of a personality: social environment and pedagogical stimuli

Abstract. A new educational standard puts forward an official definition of personal performance and so legalize a long-pending problem of syllabus complexity in modern education. It should be noted that in a changing world a human, the subject of a potential activity, possesses such abilities to change the environment that it provides a threat to civilization and life on the Earth. That is why personal qualities, especially interpersonal skills, ability to cooperate and ability to counter global threats become of crucial importance.
