A. Barabashev, T. Kastrel

Abstracts. The authors analyze the origins of state and municipal administration (SaM) and justify the need of diversification of educational programs subject to SaM. The authors rely upon the example of the National Research University Higher School of Economics, which created an original educational standard for SaM Bachelor’s degree.
