Quality of Pre-school Institutions and its Assessment

Abstracts. The article furthers the discussion of quality issues in terms of pre-school institutions and its assessment based on an international experience. The author justifies the importance of development of requirements for the results of federal state standards of pre-school education; the author also emphasizes the current diversity in requirements for pre-school and high school education.
