Methodological recommendations on State Final Examination for special schools

Abstract: The article considers the linguistic features of verbal speech formation of students with hearing impairments. These features should be taken into account to develop the procedure of the state total certification of these students. Methodological recommendations for teaching summary writing to deaf students and students with hearing impairments are presented in the paper.
